For the Cauliflower Buffalo Wings I experimented with a few different sauces and decided Homemade BBQ Sauce is the obvious winner. (If you are doing The PURE 10 Cleanse you will find The BBQ Sauce recipe in the Super Naturally PURE Collection).
Instead, I will show you here a very simple sauce you can make with only ONE ingredient that is perfect if you have food sensitivities and can not tolerate spicy sauces.
Note: If you are doing a cleanse substitute the oil for coconut water!
For The Brussels Sprouts Stack
4 T coconut water
1 T avocado oil (I order this one online organic because I can't find it in the stores)
2 cups Brussel sprouts, shaved thin
1/2 cup fruit juice sweetened cranberries
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. five spice
pinch of nutmeg
red pepper flakes and salt to taste

For The Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
NOTE: The whole baking it thing bombed so instead rather than tossing it all out I used 2 T avocado oil and fried them up so they got crispy. I was trying to make a version in the oven so this could be included in the PURE 10 Cleanse but instead this is how things rolled.
First steam up the cauliflower as per what I said in the above video.
Then dip in oatmilk
and then coat with 1 cup oats ground in blender with salt, pepper, pepper flakes and garlic granules (or any spices you want).
Dust the top with salt, ground black pepper and smoked paprika.
