Garlic Herb Lentil Flatbread With Yam Spread

What's a girl to do when she chooses to do a LOVE YOUR LIVER cleanse, removing radical fats and no gluten (hence no yummy fresh baked bread with butter)???


Making flatbread is new for me so bare with me as I continue to experiment with ingredients and options. This is my second attempt at making flatbread and this recipe is lighter than the sorghum one I shared recently.


The Roasted Yam spread is my attempt to make a butter replacement while adding in a high antioxidant alternative loaded with health benefits that align perfectly with the results we are pursuing on The PURE 10 cleanse.
