Post pictures on the group wall of breakfast, lunch or dinner recipes you have made with immune boosting foods from either what you are learning from The PURE Food Challenge or from any of my online courses (current members) or from the list in your PURE Food Challenge download guide (give the download a few minutes to download, it can be slow!).

2. Option.... Research the benefits of nettles and manuka, decide if this is a good option for your Personal Immune Boosting strategy and then try some nettles tea with Manuka honey. Trader Joes sells Manuka 10+

3. Where are you at with intermittent fasting? Can you please comment on the group FB wall?

4. Go back to your Top Immune Boosting Foods Guide download and read about the benefits of the foods used in this breakfast bowl. Remind yourself what these foods can do to support your body and immune health.

I sprinkled the apples with cinnamon (which is great for helping with balancing blood sugar).

I used Bulgarian yogurt for the high L. Acidophilus, L. Bulgaricus,  S. Thermophilus, B. Bifidum content.

Since 70-80% of our immunity is in our guts it is essential to eat fermented and probiotic foods such as kombucha, yogurt, kefir and sauerkraut every day as a way to fortify our good gut bacteria.

Equally important to eating daily probiotics we also need to consume PREbiotis

Breakfast time is an important time to add in the wonderful prebiotic benefits of blueberries (not to mention all the great antioxidants that blueberries also provide).

Think of prebiotics as fertilizer for the probiotics.

Without the prebiotics the probiotics would wither and die and not proliferate. The prebiotics help the probiotics to thrive.

The number one suppliment suggestion I have if you have any type of auto-immune or gut issue is Digestacure. It is both a great prebiotic and an immune system modulator.

You can find out more about it here.

For super duper immune boosting support I like to take 1/2 tsp. of Thrive 6 powdered mushrooms along with my daily dose of Digestacure and blend with half water half coconut water.

For the Papaya Hummus

Simply mix the meat of one papaya in a food process with 1 Tablespoon of either almond butter or tahini.

There are 4 top foods I want to share with you that are jumping out for Coronavirus.

Today I will share 2 of them and tomorrow I will share two more...

  • Stinging Nettles

  • Manuka Honey

I like to drink at least one cup a day with one teaspoon of manuka honey as part of my personal Immune Boosting Strategy.

NOTE: I let the tea steep first and then cool down so when I add the honey it stays raw and the enzymes stay intact.
