Maca Halva Balls

Ladies if you are looking for balance, (pms, peri-menopause, post menopause) and some help with your hormones or libido then maca powder is a must. With it's malty flavor it is the perfect addition to this sweet treat. Tahini offers a great non-dairy source of calcium and pistachios are a great source of healthy fats, fiber, protein, antioxidants and various nutrients, including vitamin B6 and potassium. Their health benefits may include a healthier gut, lower cholesterol and blood sugar, in addition to promoting weight loss and eye and blood vessel health.


Mix the following ingredients together and form into balls and store in the fridge or you can freeze and thaw as needed.

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 T pistachios

  • 2 T pine nuts

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

  • 2 T black sesame seeds

  • 1 T maca powder

  • 1 scoop collagen (skip if you are vegan)

Optional add ins:

bee pollen, goji berries, currants, dried cranberries
