Strawberry Mint Ice Cream

This is a quick and super easy super naturally PURE dessert with only a few ingredients. If you can find Maldon salt flakes I suggest sprinkling a few on for a gourmet, crispy, salty texture and tasty panache!


  • 1 bag frozen strawberries

  • 2 large rip bananas that have been broken into bits and frozen for at least a day

  • 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup coconut water (depending on how smooth and creamy you like it)

  • 8 leaves of fresh mint (or more if you like it minty)

  • pinch or two of Himalayan salt

Blend it all in the food processor.

Serve with some mint leaves and a few pinches of Maldon salt.
