Timing Is Everything & You Are Not Alone...

You who... I am talking to you if you are sitting there beating yourself up for being a hot stinky mess. Are you hating yourself for being over weight and battling out of control eating, feeling inflamed, sick, tired and frumpy... I'm talking to you!

I just have a feeling that this post is going to speak to some of you out there. I want to reassure you if you are sitting there (wherever you are) feeling ashamed of yourself for letting yourself get to this nasty point...Welcome!

You are not alone.

I'm talking about the fact that you know better, know how and why to eat healthy blah blah blah...BUT you seem to, as one woman put it..."have an out of body" experience when you go to eat and find that you have devoured, yet again, another plateful of intoxicatingly toxic food.

...After dinner bloating combined with way unsexy gas...Anyone? Anyone?

I bet several of the woman reading this, who are signed up for my next cleanse, think for sure I am talking about them.

Well, I am, but really I am talking about at least two thirds of the incoming coaching course members.

Possession, obsession or sabotage are the usual suspects. What if I told you that your current predicament isn't ALL your fault. Yes you have responsibility for your choices. No one made you buy those cookies.

However, if you feel driven, possession is not out of the question.

We are possessed by microbiome.

When you explore the latest info on understanding the relationship between us, our gut bacteria, and our food, it starts to make sense why so many of us are prone to overeating.

There are often psychological and emotional reasons why we overeat. However there are gut bacteria issues to consider as well.

Scientists investigated the role that colonies of Escherichia coli (E.coli) bacteria living in our intestines play in what we eat. They discovered that the proteins these bacteria release when they’ve had enough nutrients influence the signals sent between the gut and the brain, and can even activate appetite-related neurons to make you feel full.

Your gut microbiome is an inner ecosystem that lives in your gastrointestinal tract. It consists of trillions of bacteria and other microorganisms. The microorganisms in your body outnumber your own cells 1.3 to 1.

Diet is one of the most significant factors in determining your microbiome, and you can adjust the bacteria in your gut by changing what you eat.

I want to reassure you that you are in great company. Super great company. And you are clearly not alone.

There are many reasons why we all have found ourselves in exactly this same heap of food fallout rubble. We are going to take a deep dive into all of that and unravel it during the PURE 10 June 14-23 cleanse.

I have a question for you...

Are you the kind of person who plans ahead and makes an appointment weeks or months in advance to get your hair done or are you more like me? I wake up one day way past the point of shaggy and unkempt and finally the mess drives me mad enough that I want in, and I want it fixed right now.

I'm talking to you, if that is how you are about your weight and your health. Have you let it go to the point where it is driving you mad? And you barely have enough energy left to deal with how hopeless you feel?

What are you waiting for? Is your health not worth it? Is your life not worth it? Are you not worth it? Welcome.

There is a place set for you at this PURE 10 table. And you will be in really, really good company!

It's your choice. Hold onto old stinking thinking, sit there and feel miserable or step into learning, expanding what you know about nutrition and using food as medicine, and do something proactive about the stinky mess you are in.

HINT AND NOTE TO SELF: If you sit there in stinking thinking don't be surprised if you feel like a icky stinky mess.

Leave the shame behind, join us and find peace and
