This can be a fun alternative to oatmeal for breakfast or a yum alternative to tapioca for a great dessert!
3/4 cup oat milk
3 tsp. chia seeds
pinches of cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of Himalayan salt (optional)
dried persimmon (Trader Joes has them)
Blend one banana and oat milk in blender with spices and vanilla.
Pour into a small saucepan and warm on low.
Slice the other banana and add to the pan and stir.
Add 3 tsp. chia seeds and stir on for 2 minutes.
Put in a dessert dish and top with sliced dried persimmon.
